With the days, weeks, and months moving simultaneously faster and slower than many of us have ever experienced, 2020 has certainly given us a new perspective on time. Perhaps not to the extent that Christopher Nolan's latest time-bending film Tenet has, but "time-reversal invariance" is a tough one to beat.
When it comes to customer communication, time is and always has been of the utmost importance. That's why we built our new visual campaign builder Series – to make it easier to contact customers with the right message at exactly the right time. And while Series' drag-and-drop interface feels very naturally intuitive, our Senior Product Designer Alex Potrivaev explains that its design was not inevitable at all. Behind the scenes, it took a lot of exploration and careful consideration – and of course, time.
