Tory Burch held a surprise Zoom call Monday with the newest 50 women selected for this year's Tory Burch Foundation Fellows Program, an effort launched five years ago to help nurture emerging women entrepreneurs. "Now, more than ever, we need entrepreneurs with unique ideas, as well as the determination and resources to see them through," she said.

The Giant Co. has finished a 7-acre pollinator-friendly solar field outside its Carlisle, Pa., headquarters, and announced a $50,000 donation to the Planet Bee Foundation to help mark the new site and celebrate National Pollinator Week. Giant also said it is the first grocer to be part of the National Renewable Energy Laboratory's InSPIRE study, which will track the performance of the new field to assess its impact on future solar energy projects.
